How long does an End of Tenancy Clean take?
In our experience, it is more than likely that there will be some heavy duty cleaning required, especially for ovens, insides of kitchen units, fridge freezers, shower cubicles & professional carpet cleaning.
A standard End of Tenancy Clean for properties that have been maintained can take between 6 - 8 hours (1 day) should you require carpet cleaning too, we may need 2 days. Properties that have not been properly maintained & neglected may take longer, 2/3 days.

What do we need to carry out a Professional End of Tenancy Clean?
Electricity is essential so that we can use our Hoovers, Steam Cleaners & Carpet Cleaning Machine.
Hot water really does help speed up the cleaning process, so if this can be put on before we arrive it would be very helpful.
Parking Permits must be supplied if there are controlled parking zones.
If you are not available to meet us at the property, we can collect keys from your Landlord or Agent. This is a chargeable service, we will give you a price for this service when booking your clean in.

What are the costs for our End of Tenancy Service?
Upon contacting us we will either work out a price from the information that you have given us or we may request a site visit to work out an estimate for you.
Our price will include labour, us supplying all cleaning products, materials & equipment, insurance; mileage £5 - £10 per day trip, depending on where you live.
