What do we actually clean?
A question that is always asked when booking an End of Tenancy Clean, so below is a guide of what we can clean when you book us in.

All Woodwork

Banister's, spindles, dado rails, skirting boards, internal doors and frames cleaned of dust, dirt & grime.

Doors/Windows

All windows and doors cleaned internally. Mold removed where possible. Steam cleaned when required.

Carpets/Floors

Carpets Hoovered, floors hoovered and mopped. Hot Extraction Carpet Cleaning & stain treatment available.

Cooker Hobs/Extractor Fans

 Degrease extractor hoods, metal grease filters, gas & electric hobs. Cleaned & buffed to shine.

Ovens & Grill

THIS SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
We would suggest a finding local reputable Oven Cleaning Company to carry out oven cleans, charging £40 - £50 for a single oven.

Fridge Freezers

All shelves and drawers removed, soaked and cleaned. Doors and insides wiped clean, steam cleaned if required.

Shower Cubicles

We apply our powerful descaler to rid of limescale to the entire cubicle, removable shower strainer/plugs cleaned, steam cleaned (when required), buffed and shined.

Toilets/Baths/Basins

 Toilets cleaned & sanitised; even behind the toilet. Tiles, taps, sinks & baths descaled, cleaned & buffed to shine. Toilets descaled (where possible)

Towel Rails/Nooks & Cranny's

Bathrooms can be a fiddly job, we use our steam cleaner to blow out the hair, dust and dirt.

Kitchen Units/Sides

Grease and food debris removed from tiles/splash backs, worktops, insides of cupboards & drawers cleaned.

Sinks/Taps

Sinks descaled, cleaned & sanitised. Taps
​ descaled and shined.

Washing Machine

Washing machine drawers soaked and rubbers wiped clean. Dishwashers steam cleaned and sanitised.
Also...
  • Dishwasher filters pulled out and food debris/gunk removed, steam cleaned and sanitised if required.       
  • Small kitchen appliances cleaned and shined if required.
  • Built-in Microwave sanitised & cleaned when applicable.
  • Emptying cupboards time dependent & on request before quoting
  • Top of Kitchen cabinets only cleaned on request and if accessible.
  • Under kitchen cabinets are always de-grease and clean.
  • Small areas of Mold cleaned (where possible). White or clear mastic with black mold around showers, sinks and baths sometimes cannot be removed and may need re-placing. 
  • Walls hoovered down; marks removed where possible.
  • Cobwebs removed from ceilings, corners, and light fittings.
  • ​Door handles/sockets/switches/curtain poles/rails cleaned.
  • Shelves/mirrors/light fittings/radiators cleaned.
  • Built in cupboards/drawers hoovered out and cleaned, on request and before quoting.
  • Fireplaces/surrounds dusted and cleaned externally.
  • Furnished properties dusted, clean reachable surfaces, and items (time dependent), furniture moved and cleaned underneath and behind on request and if easily movable.
  • All windows and doors are cleaned internally (steam cleaned if necessary)
  • Curtains hoovered if required. We are unable to clean Venetian or vertical blinds due to a chance of damaging or falling down on us.
  • All Carpets are hoovered and edged of dust, dirt and hair.
  • Hard flooring hoovered & mopped.
  • Carpet Cleaning; when requested and included in the quotation; cleaned with our hot water/steam extraction machine, using only the best solutions. Wear & Tear should be considered, most stains are removable or will lighten in colour, but this depends on the stain/liquid and how long it has been there, we cannot guarantee a stain can be removed completely.
  • Porches cleaned internally.
  • Conservatories frames/vents and glass cleaned internally (we do not clean roofs) On request before quoting​
