K.V's offer a moving in cleaning service, we can provide a full house or partial clean, concentrating on certain rooms like kitchens & bathrooms that are quite time consuming, giving you more time to un-pack.

All properties and client needs are different. It might be that you just require a particular room to be cleaned rather than the entire house. That is fine as our moving in & out cleaning service is flexible and tailored to suit your requirements.
Properties that have recently been vacated or left un-occupied for long periods of time, more often than not require a thorough deep clean, especially now with the Covid situation. More than 1 day maybe required, depending on the size of the property and how much heavy duty cleaning is required i.e. thick grease to kitchens, limescale to bathrooms, mold removal, carpets to be professionally cleaned and an overall making good to reverse neglect.
Please note that we would not be able to clean a property on the same day as moving in due to varying completion times, removal companies arriving and departing etc. We would always come in the day after (Mon-Fri).
